How to Get This Fantastic Offer

  1. Sign up for our standard 1-month free trial offer by clicking the “Switch to Crosby Fax®” button above. Choose your new fax number and package, and set up your Direct Debit or Credit Card details. Your 1-month free trial will be replaced with the 6-month half price offer once you provide us with your eFax bills (below).
  2. Email your last 3 eFax billing statements to efax-offer@telecoms.cloud, including your Crosby Fax® username and your Mother’s Maiden Name or Security Phrase.
  3. If you’ve not yet been with eFax for 3 months, you can still take advantage of our great one-month free trial and if you send us your most recent eFax billing statement we’ll also give you £20 free account credit for sending faxes.
  4. We will validate your request and apply the half-price offer to your account within 1 working day, so instead of the standard 1-month free trial you will instead have a 6-month half-price offer. Your first Direct Debit payment will then be collected around 7 days later, and will be at the discounted half-price rate.

How to Cancel your eFax Account

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your eFax subscription easily from within your account with a single click, like you can with Crosby Fax®. To cancel your account, you must follow the steps below (although we’ve made it a bit easier for you by listing the phone numbers – skip to the end).

  1. Go to the “Billing Support” page at https://www.efax.com/efax-help-center/billing and keep on scrolling all the way down until you see the section headed “Canceling My Account” [sic]
  2. For the U.S. and Canada, call (866) 761-8115 between 6am-6pm PT, Monday-Friday or you can Cancel eFax via Live Chat
  3. For accounts Outside the U.S., you’ll need to look up the correct International Support number on this page: https://www.efax.com/contact
  4. Scroll down the drop-down list and look for the correct number for your country.
  5. For the UK, the number to cancel your eFax account is 020 3147 4872 (we recommend you record the call).

The smallprint: New customers only. Requires monthly or annual payment by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card. There’s no commitment whatsoever – cancel whenever you like, with a single click, and we won’t bill you again. This offer can only be used once per customer, can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers, and you must email your 3 most recent eFax billing statements to us, which must be consecutive and from the 3 months leading up to when you switch to Crosby Fax®. We have packages available to suit all requirements, from occasional users right up to high-volume accounts.
